The new plots[implicitplot]

Abstract: 

I will present a complete re-write of plots[implicitplot] that has 
several improvements over Maple's current plots[implicitplot] including:

1) Embedded resultants
2) Selective refinement
3) Higher order interpolation
4) Curve-reduction/smoothing
5) Blazing speed
