We have attempted to personalize the Proceedings by presenting a short
biography of every speaker.
There are individual pictures accompanying these
biographies as well as a collection of pictures taken during the conference.
Also, a small segment of each Speaker's talk has been highlighted and
can be viewed as an on-line video clip.
