While information technologies are changing at a rate far beyond the
capacity of individual users to assimilate, it is evident that current
levels of sophistication allow for the creation of a supportive
technological environment. What is called for at this stage is
exploratory development to provide us with some necessary experience.
This is one of the key aspects of
Organic Mathematics
Project which produced the Proceedings .
