Assignment Cheating Policy
It is fine to collaborate on assignment questions.
Just be prepared to explain your solutions to me.
If you copy someones solutions on an assignment you will
get zero for the whole assignment.
Do not lend your assignment solutions to another student. If you do, and
that student copies your solutions, you too will get zero for your assignment.
All instances of cheating will be notified to the chair of the department.
Maple
We will be using Maple for calculations throughout the course.
Maple 2015 is available in all the instructional labs and assignment lab in the
AQ and in the library. Older versions of Maple will be fine for this course.
See the MapleNotes.mw worksheet on the course website for an intro to Maple.
You can purchase a student version of Maple (same as full version but you
don't get updates) for $99 + taxes from www.maplesoft.com.
