Enumerative combinatorics

I still do not forget my first interests in discrete mathematics, and especially many fascinating problems in enumerative and bijective combinatorics. Many of the computational biology problems described above lead to interesting enumeration questions. For example, the average-case analysis of the several genomic distances computation algorithms is an almost totally open problem. I am also interested in more classical map enumeration problems.
